HOW IT WORKS
PROGRAM CREATIONAssuming you've joined the program I'll
1. gather all the necessary information from you and create your training and diet plan. |

ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORTEvery day we'll have the opportunity to discuss your progress, exercise technique
As well as weekly check ins and monthly video calls to sort out any concerns you may have. |
Onboarding
This walks you through the process once you join and a little insight on what to expect.
1. FORMS : I will ask you to complete a lifestyle and nutrition form. This will give me an insight in to your and how to make a plan that fits into your life.
Questions ranging from " what foods do you prefer / dislike, your work schedule , time slots you can be active " and more.
2. CREATING THE PROGRAM : Your training plan will accommodate your fitness level, goal, injurie(s , training location and equipment available. It can be modified instantly so if an exercise doesnt feel right it it can be easily changed.
Theres video tutorials demonstrating know how to perform each exercise correctly.
The nutrition plan works the same way. Ill build meals from the foods you usually eat but at the exact portion you need. This way you remove any doubt if youre doing the right things or not.

3. WALK THROUGH VIDEO : You will recieve a video walking through how to navigate your training and nutrition plans. The app is user friendly but i have mini walk through videos explaining everything on logging your workouts, ediitng your food options and messenger support.
4. ACCOUNTABILITY & SUPPORT : From weekly check ins to exercise form reviews you will have my full support to make sure you get to your goal. Also, every week Ill tell you exactly what changes you need to make to stay on track, if any.

This is why I called this pillar the SMART Training Method
It takes into consideration where would you be training, how much time you have available, your preferences and all that good stuff
You have to stick to a plan to see results
and if your program is not realistic... you won't do it
Therefore, you wont ever get to experience the joy of finally losing fat & getting in shape
Nothing to worry though. If you're a total beginner you'll be met at your own level
2. FLEXIBLE NUTRITION STRATEGIES
I know you've most probably been on a fad diet before
Whether that's cutting carbs or a juice / fruit diet
I am certain it didn't work
because these are not sustainable ways.
The diet plans I make are personalized to each person to make your life easier not harder
I look at your daily schedule, food preferences, time available to cook ( & more )
to make a nutrition plan that doesn't even seem like a diet because it has everything you like
If the road to the destination is smooth, the journey will be a much more comfortable one
