Cancellation Policy
CLIENT
Cancellation is a minimum of 24 hours notice – should you fail to do so the session will be counted as a used one.
Cancellations due to extreme weather conditions will result in the client not being charged.
Payment has to be made prior to any session commencing
If the client is late, the trainer will wait for 15 mins after the session commences until leaving if there is no communication from the client.
Not attending an agreed session counts as a completed one.
1) If the client reschedules a session to a different time, on the same day post or prior 6 hours to the session commencing a £2 charge will be added if it's moved 30 mins before or after the session is supposed to start.
2) If the client reschedules a session to a different time, on the same day 6 hours or before prior to the session commencing a £3.50 charge will be added if it's moved to a different hour.
3) If the client reschedules a session to a different time on the same day post 6 hours to the session commencing a £5 charge will be added if it's moved to a different hour.
All points 1) 2) and 3) are all possible if the trainer can accommodate this. If not the session will be counted as a completed one.
TRAINER
A session will be booked free of charge should the trainer cancel less than 24 hours prior to the session commencing
If the trainer is late, that session can be extended depending on the schedule of the trainer and client. On that day or another.
If for any reason the trainer is prevented from attending a session, another will be booked free of charge.
Is joining a gym mandatory ?
Your training plan is created to specifically to fit you and what you have available so a gym is not essential but it does help. If I feel you need any small pieces of equipment I will recommend some for you to buy.
I travel for work a lot. Would that be a problem ?
Not at all. I can modify your training plan with the click of a button to accommodate your environment and equipment available.
What happens when I have to eat out with friends and family and I cant follow the nutrition plan properly ?
Life is unpredictable so this is totally normal. I have a variety of methods to help you navigate your way around nutrition when you have to socialise.
My work schedule is hectic, how much time do I have to dedicate to exercise every week ?
I ask my clients to dedicate 2 - 3 hours a week to exercise. Understandable work gets busy but you will have some non negotiables that will help you stay on track when time is limited.
What do I have to eat, is it strict ?
I will never set you a boring meal plan. It will be built on what you have told me you prefer. You do have to be committed but you wont be eating chicken, rice and broccoli with no seasoning.

There is only one app where you access everything from your training plans, nutrition plan, exercise video library and more.

What happens when life gets in the way ?
Things going wrong is inevitable and that is why I am here to help you. As long as you reach out we can modify your plan together.
I am super busy so I dont know if i should start
The reality is that there will always be times when you are busy so it comes with the teritory. Its all in how you deal with things when time is short.
I have a family, will the meals be family friendly ?
Yes, this is no problem at all. Once we speak I can create meals that your family can enjoy whilst getting you to your fitness goal.
Do you work with vegans and vegetarians ?
Most defintiely !
Is the training done on Zoom, Facetime or Skype ?
Nope, not at all. Your program will be delivered through an app which will tell you everything you need to know. Everything from exercise video demos, stes, reps, rest and technique pointers. You also have support from me so if youre confused im one mesage away.
How will you track my progress, food and anything else necessary ?
All things that need to be tracked will be done on the app. Your weight, calorie targets, workouts, weekly check ins etc. This makes life so much easier for the both of us by having all records stored on one hub.
I am a beginner so im a bit apprenhesive to start
Totally get that. A baby never runs before they can walk and thats the same attitude I have towards fitness. I take your fitness ability consideration when making your weekly workouts. If its too difficult then chances are you wont do them.
